  1.                            Indigestion (Dyspepsia)
  2. SYMPTOMS while or after eating may include heartburn, upper abdominal pain,
  3. nausea, feelings of being full, belching, stomach distention and flatulence.
  4. CAUSES may be from a disease in the intestines, stomach or elsewhere. It
  5. usually involves no organic disorder. It may be caused by rapid eating,
  6. eating gas-forming foods, swallowing excessive air, overeating or eating
  7. while emotionally upset.
  8. TREATMENT. If no underlying disorder, a balanced diet may be required.
  9. .Avoid eating foods that contribute to indigestion.
  10. .Consulting a nutritionist might be helpful.
